K 755 is a fluorescent atomized magnetic powder used to prepare suspensions for magnetic particle inspection – wet method.

About the Magnetic Powder K 755
K 755 is a fluorescent atomized magnetic powder used to prepare suspensions for magnetic particle inspection – wet method. K 755 can be suspended in a petroleum (oil) based liquid carrier, such as Kerosenoil, or in water with the addition of a wetting agent (such as Ata Fluid A44 or Wetting Agent A38) to improve particle mobility, the wettability of the surface and the corrosion inhibition. The powder is characterised by medium/small particle size and is therefore suitable for low to medium roughness surfaces. K 755 is a low-sulfur and low-halogen product, in compliance with standards. Intended NDT method: fluorescent magnetic particle inspection, wet method. CGM states compliance with EN ISO 9934-2, ASME V Art. 7, ASTM E709, ASTM E1444, AMS 3044, MIL-STD-271, NAVSEA 250-1500-1, PMUC (certificate of compliance upon request). Published packaging: 1 kg jar.
