The instrument is used for measuring the diameter of seamless capsule with high precision, and the roundness of seamless capsule is calculated according to it. The non-contact measuring method and multi-dimensional rotating measuring technology are adopted to effectively eliminate the mechanical error of the traditional contact measuring method and ensure the non-dead angle roundness measurement of seamless capsule.
Documented functions: dimensional measurement. Defect types, inspection ranges, speeds and optical resolution in the specification table are quoted from K2 TECH; optical resolution describes the imaging system and is not a measurement accuracy unless stated as such.
Final detection capability depends on part condition, presentation, cycle time and the agreed defect catalogue; EMUS validates these with K2 TECH using sample parts before quotation.
