About the UVin UV Endoscope
The UVin is a flexible video endoscope equipped with high-performance 365 nm UV-LEDs that excite fluorescent agents — many oils, proteins and common NDT testing media — and make them visible, even when weak. Additional daylight LEDs can be added; both UV and white light are infinitely adjustable and can be used simultaneously, so false indications from deposits in turning grooves or dirt can often be identified in the same pass. With a probe head of only Ø 13.4 mm, the UVin brings fluorescent dye penetrant (PT) and magnetic particle (MT) testing into small components and narrow cavities, and documents product residues for cleanliness checks.
