About the HDV250 Digital Comparator
The HDV250 modernizes profile inspection while keeping the familiar manual operation and crosshair technique of a traditional comparator. Built on the proven Starrett comparator body and stage, it replaces projection optics and mirrors with a high-resolution video camera and integrated LED ring light, giving the familiar silhouette view plus clear inspection of features that cannot be backlit. It is designed for the shop floor, with optional clean-air kits for added protection.
