HDV400 Digital Comparator

Model: HDV400

Horizontal digital video comparator combining comparator workstage and vision metrology software.

Starrett HDV400 Digital Comparator
Overview

About the HDV400 Digital Comparator

The HDV400 is configured like a horizontal comparator but measures like a vision system. Its patented interchangeable lens mount couples telecentric optics to a 5-megapixel camera, with optical distortion as low as 0.001% for accurate field-of-view measurement. With MetLogix™ M3, DXF CAD files can be imported to create 2D go/no-go overlays, and video edge detection compares the live part image to the CAD data in real time. Manual or CNC control is available.
