About the HDV500 Digital Comparator
The HDV500 combines a large floor-standing horizontal comparator with vision metrology. It uses the same long 20" x 8" (500 x 200 mm) heavy-duty stage as the HF600 and HF750, with CNC control, 150 kg load capacity and helix angle adjustment. Interchangeable telecentric lenses on a 5-megapixel camera deliver field-of-view measurement, while MetLogix™ M3 provides DXF overlays and video edge detection against the live image.
