Overview

About the MTL-110 Manual Test Stand

The MTL110 is a single-column, manually operated tester for tension or compression up to 500 N (110 lbf), used with a Starrett DFG or DFC gage. Its compact design suits component testing in small workspaces: the quick-action lever moves the rack-and-pinion crosshead 3" (76 mm) per revolution over a 6" (152 mm) stroke, and can be positioned anywhere on the 20" (508 mm) column. Optional legs allow horizontal testing; a digital scale can measure deflection.

Key features
  • Quick-action lever, 3" (76 mm) crosshead travel per revolution
  • Tension or compression testing
  • Adjustable base adapter for different gage models
