The Automatic Optical Inspection Solution for Big Roller Appearance Defects is a professional machine for inspecting medium and large rollers. It detects defects on the diameter, dents, chamfer, and both ends. Using robots to handle the rollers prevents secondary damage. It inspects up to 2,000 pcs/h and can run continuously 24/7 in various conditions. Advanced technology enables multiple inspection functions, and a user-friendly interface makes operation easier for operators.
Documented functions: defect detection, handling, packaging & line integration. Defect types, inspection ranges, speeds and optical resolution in the specification table are quoted from K2 TECH; optical resolution describes the imaging system and is not a measurement accuracy unless stated as such.
Final detection capability depends on part condition, presentation, cycle time and the agreed defect catalogue; EMUS validates these with K2 TECH using sample parts before quotation.
