The Automatic Optical Inspection Equipment for Roller Appearance Defects is a professional machine that inspects the OD, Chamfer and both end face of rollers. It solves the problem between inspection angle and speed, allowing full 360-degree detection. New features include chamfer detection, dent detection, and multi-model support. It can inspect up to 12,000 pcs/h and run continuously 7 days a week, 24 hours a day in various environments.
Documented functions: defect detection. Defect types, inspection ranges, speeds and optical resolution in the specification table are quoted from K2 TECH; optical resolution describes the imaging system and is not a measurement accuracy unless stated as such.
Final detection capability depends on part condition, presentation, cycle time and the agreed defect catalogue; EMUS validates these with K2 TECH using sample parts before quotation.
