About the Cylindrical Battery Vision Inspection & Packing Line
The machine is applied for inspection of 18650, 21700 4680 models. With self - development software, it can realize the detection of indentation, scoring, foreign matter, pollution, corrosion and other defects on the end face and cylindrical surface of the workpieces. And combined with AI deep learning technology optionally, the detection accuracy can be improved.
Documented functions: defect detection, handling, packaging & line integration. Defect types, inspection ranges, speeds and optical resolution in the specification table are quoted from K2 TECH; optical resolution describes the imaging system and is not a measurement accuracy unless stated as such.
Final detection capability depends on part condition, presentation, cycle time and the agreed defect catalogue; EMUS validates these with K2 TECH using sample parts before quotation.
