It not only can detect appearance defects but also measure size. The machine is with high automation and reliable performance, which approved by customers' years of use.
Documented functions: defect detection, dimensional measurement. Defect types, inspection ranges, speeds and optical resolution in the specification table are quoted from K2 TECH; optical resolution describes the imaging system and is not a measurement accuracy unless stated as such.
Final detection capability depends on part condition, presentation, cycle time and the agreed defect catalogue; EMUS validates these with K2 TECH using sample parts before quotation.

- Intelligent FeedingThe feeding of material is intelligent. When lacking of material in the vibrating disk, the storage bin will automatically reduce the feeding frequency to prevent secondary damage. Besides, warning function enables to display monitoring status and the quantity of rejects.
