About the Revolver 80 Pipe Camera
The Revolver 80 is viZaar's dual-view inner-pipe inspection camera for pipelines from 80 mm inner diameter and the reference system for visual inspection of orbital welds in large-diameter pipelines. A forward camera (DOV 0°) gives orientation while travelling through the pipe; the side-view camera rotates endlessly and infinitely variably through 360° under joystick control for complete inspection of the pipe wall and weld seams. Camera coordinates are shown on a position display and can be documented, and auto-levelling keeps the image upright. Controlled from the MATRIX E3, the Revolver 80 shares one documentation platform with the SNK 60x. Accessories include a spare camera head, longer system cables, fibre-optic push rods and centring fixtures.
