About the Comet Yxlon Software Suite
The Software Suite is not standalone software: it is the operating software and optional packages that run on Comet Yxlon systems. Geminy is the user interface of the FF and UX series; the CC series uses FGUI. Packages are licensed per system and availability differs by product line.
Clarity covers image acquisition: Vista (QuickScan, QualityScan, SpeedMode, FlexCenter), Vista X (adds ZoomScan) and Vista X Pro (adds LayerScan computed laminography), CoS 3D Clarity for the CA20, and features such as ScatterFix 2.0, HeliExtend / HeliExtend Dual helical CT, ScanExtend and IntelliGuard / SmartGuard collision protection. Comet Yxlon's speed and resolution gains (e.g. up to 10× resolution with ZoomScan, up to 5× faster with LayerScan) are stated relative to conventional CT on a specific example part.
Efficiency covers connectivity: Batch Manager, Wafer Manager, Dose Manager (CA20), Dose Monitoring (CC series), CY Line Connect (UX20), Automatic Data Transfer and ProLoop. Insights covers analysis: TSV Insights X 2.5D, CoS Insights, CoS Insights X 3D, Void Insights, Review Insights and Battery Insights — all powered by Dragonfly — plus Dragonfly 3D World.
