eddyscan H, F, F mini, C Rotating Scanners
Model: eddyscan H10/H25/H63 · F50 · F mini · C
Rotating probe heads for high-speed 100% eddy-current crack testing of outer diameters, bores, cylinder liners and flat surfaces.

About the eddyscan H, F, F mini, C Rotating Scanners
For high-throughput lines, rotating the probe around a linearly moving part is much faster than rotating the part. ibg's eddyscan heads carry one or more probes on a rotor, with a rotational transformer transferring the signals undistorted to the crack test instrument.
The eddyscan H tests outer diameters (up to 63 mm, 70 mm with external guidance), the eddyscan F and F mini test inner diameters such as bores, liners and bearing rings as well as flat surfaces, and the eddyscan C is a self-centring version for cylinder liners in engine blocks.
