About the Smart Mechanics — Demagnetizer & Elevators
Balls must be demagnetised before entering any AVIKO scanner so that residual magnetism does not disturb the eddy-current probe. ibg's demagnetizer loader handles this step at the scanner inlet.
Motorized and static floor-standing elevators connect the scanners to the ball distribution system at the inlet or outlet, with a sensor detecting the filling level of the box.
