Portable semi-automatic sorting gates that, with an ibg structure instrument and coil, test small and medium batches at around one part per second.
About the UNISort Universal Sorting Gates
UNISort gates fill the gap between manual handling and a dedicated automatic line for small and medium batches. Combined with an eddyvisor S, eddyliner S or eddyguard S and the appropriate coil, one operator can test at a cycle time of roughly one part per second, according to ibg.
The gate is controlled directly by the ibg instrument, needs no separate control, is ready within minutes and is easy to transport — which is why it is often used for urgent sorting jobs. Adding feeding and escapement allows automatic operation.
