AVIKO G3 WET STEEL
Model: AVIKO 0306 – 1830 G3 WET STEEL
Ball scanner that inspects steel balls inside an oil-based solution, without prior drying, with ±1 µm diameter validation.

About the AVIKO G3 WET STEEL
The AVIKO G3 WET STEEL performs the scan inside an oil-based solution. Damping of noise and vibration in the wet environment supports a stable inspection, and because the balls do not have to be dried first, pseudo-rejects caused by stains or dirt are reduced, according to ibg.
A diameter validation step rejects balls more than ±1 µm from the selected diameter before they reach the monitoring point, and can optionally be combined with a structure probe. An integrated oil-management system monitors the tank level.
