AVIKO Ball Scanners
Model: AVIKO G3 DRY · G3 WET · Control Rollers
High-speed non-destructive bearing-ball inspection family combining eddy-current, optical and vibration probes, with control rollers for 100% surface coverage.

About the AVIKO Ball Scanners
AVIKO ball scanners inspect bearing balls for surface and sub-surface defects at up to 34,000 pieces per hour. Control rollers based on the meridian rotation system spin each ball so that the probes cover its entire surface.
For steel balls, an eddy-current probe looks for cracks and sub-surface defects such as grinder burn, an optical probe for stains, material gaps and polish variations, and a vibration sensor for shape irregularities. Ceramic balls are handled by a dedicated version with AI evaluation in the eddyvisor.
The G3 generation is available as DRY (COMPACT, STANDARD, ADVANCED) and WET (STEEL, CERAMIC) machines, with diameter validation and optional structure testing.
