Solutions
See inside your parts — without cutting them open
Internal defects escape surface inspection and cause field failures. We help you detect them non-destructively, early enough to act.
Internal Defect Detection
Castings, welds, additive parts and assemblies can contain porosity, voids, cracks and inclusions hidden beneath the surface. Destructive sectioning is slow, wasteful and only samples a few parts — you need to see inside without destroying the component.
Internal defects compromise strength, fatigue life and function, and they are the root cause of many warranty claims and recalls. Detecting them non-destructively protects customers, reduces scrap and feeds insight back into the process.
Approaches worth considering
There is rarely a single right answer. These are the methods most relevant to this challenge — the best choice depends on your part and goals.
Industrial CT
